1984
|
In 1984, we created
our first haunt at 121 Okinawa Drive in Neshannock Township of New
Castle, PA USA.
|
It featured four simple
effects: (1) Zombie
on a glider with a real person underneath the glider using their
arms
|
and hands as the
zombie's (2)
A cardboard box
that opened and a ghost that floated out
|
(3) A
dropping bat or spider
(4) Zombie on a
couch who's arm moved up and down
|
We
used 1 strobe light, a phonograph with a halloween sound effect LP
record
|
and
fishing line attached to the ceiling with paper clips to move the
props from inside a screen door.

act as the Zombie's. When victim approached, zombie would
come to life! |

|
1984
- The cardboard box with ghost inside NOT activated. Notice
the hanging |
bat
that we dropped from the ceiling with fishing line, too. |
A
spool of fishing line is still on table next to pumpkin on right. |

A
light was placed inside the box to light up the ghost as it
floated upwards. |
